What happens if my referral expands or renews?
You earn 10% on the initial engagement only. Upsells, renewals, and expansions are not commissionable under the current program structure
When are payouts issued?
Payouts are issued monthly, within 45 days of Flex. receiving payment from the client. Every payout includes an itemized statement.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We don’t lock partners into contracts. You’re free to participate as much or as little as you’d like, and to leave the program at any time.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
The minimum payout is $200. Any amount below this rolls over to the next payout cycle until the threshold is met. However, if you’d prefer to apply your earnings toward a Flex. service for yourself or your business, no threshold applies — your full balance is available immediately, regardless of the amount.
How do I track my referrals?
Every partner receives a dedicated portal showing every introduction, engagement stage, and payout in real time. Your dedicated Partner Lead also provides direct status updates whenever requested.
